Customer Reviews
Fantastic cigars and fast shipping!
I just got my order of 'Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva Churchill Cigars' and they are perfect! The flavor is exactly what I love. Everything arrived so quickly, faster than I expected actually. I am definitely going to shop here again for more! I'll tell all my friends about Thompson Cigar for sure.
Solid purchase, quick delivery
Ordered a 'Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Robusto 5-Pack'. Got them in 4 days. Cigars were fresh and packaged well. No complaints at all. Would buy again.
Got some new lighters, they're good
I needed a new 'Torch Lighter' and figured I'd grab a couple. Found some on Thompson Cigar. Site was easy to use, nothing too fancy but it worked. Placed the order, and they showed up in about a week. The lighters work well, no issues with them lighting up or anything. Pretty standard stuff, but that's what I wanted. Felt like a pretty normal online shopping trip, which is a good thing for me.
Good experience overall with a small snag
I ordered the 'Ashton Magnum 50 Ring Gauge 5-Pack' last month. The website was easy enough to navigate, and I found what I wanted pretty quickly. Checkout was straightforward, and I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Arizona, which felt a little slow but was within their stated timeframe. When the package arrived, one of the cigars had a slight crack near the foot, probably from handling during transit. I contacted customer service through their online form. They responded within a day and offered to send a replacement for the single cigar, or a small credit. I took the credit since it wasn't a big deal. The cigars themselves were fresh and well-kept otherwise. I appreciated the quick resolution to the minor issue.

What's their return policy like if I get a bad batch of cigars or something? Any hassle?
Does Thompson require a signature for delivery? I'm not always home during the day.
Hey guys, thinking of ordering some sticks from Thompson. How long does shipping usually take to Florida?
Is Thompson Cigar legit? I've seen some mixed reviews online and just want to make sure I'm not buying fakes.
Thinking about snagging some Padron 1964s from Thompson, but I heard some places don't let you use coupons on premium brands. Is that true for Thompson too?
